Sloths class action lawsuit against Catholic Church

After more than 1,400 years the sloths have finally launched their class action lawsuit against the Catholic Church for defamation.

Pope Gregory I first compiled the list of 7 deadly sins in its current form in about 600 AD which included sloth and thus maligned these gentle creatures and implied that they were sin embodied.

A spokesman for the sloths stated, “I know we’re all born sinful but we felt he singled us out in that list and so we have diligently pursued launching this case  – it just took a little longer than anticipated…”

It is expected that the case will be ruled upon within the next 500 years at the current rate of progress.
