Shock as Salty Cee writer shamelessly plugs his new book

OXFORD, ENGLAND: News just in has confirmed that one of the Salty Cee writers has taken advantage of their position to promote a special offer on his satirical books.

John Spencer aka Not the Bible has written three books of satirical takes on the parables to, as he says, “make people laugh and think”. 

Apparently, he believes that the different takes will “reveal cultural biases, hidden assumptions, and the lies Christians believe,” which seems a rather far-fetched claim for parody.

However, the other writers got wind of his shameless promotion and stopped him from publishing his article and putting the link to his first ebook on Amazon which is free until the end of Monday 17 September..

Good job too.  Otherwise, our beloved site will go the way of the Babylon Bee and become full of clickbait links to try and take advantage of our discerning readers.

But we know that they would never fall for that. Oh no, no matter how many times the link was included in the so-called news article.

Besides, a recent advertising company said that his books were “too niche of a genre to possibly get enough sales volume” so even if he did misuse this site it wouldn’t make much difference anyway.  I mean who would click on a link just to see what it was about? 

Christian satire is so not a thing.
